I came to Nicole after having a minor yet painful back injury. I had not had many other professional massages and was not expecting this to be a very relaxing experience, because of the injury. Nicole was extremely professional. She asked plenty of questions as she applied her techniques and listened to my body, which breathed a sigh of relief in the coming days. It is obvious she has had plenty of experience as well as a natural healing touch.

Over the past 5 years I have suffered from lower and upper back pain due to physical stress and injuries from outdoor activities, and recently I have had alignment issues with my neck and shoulders. Nicole worked on these areas using her deep tissue massage methods, and was able to release a lot of the muscular knots and tightness that has caused me pain and inhibited movement in those areas. A combination of Nicole's massage abilities, stretching, and rehabilitation movements and exercises has relieved much of the tension and tightness that have caused me pain over the years
